West Coast Eagles star ruckman Nic Naitanui and his partner Brittany Bown have announced they are expecting a baby girl.

In a series of heartwarming photos posted to Instagram, Bown posed harmoniously with Naitanui and their son, Ezekiel.

“Our family is growing again,” Bown wrote on Instagram, revealing the news.

“Baby girl set to join us sometime in November.”

Ezekiel, smiling, points to the camera as Mum and Dad stand together proudly. The last photo in the series shows Bown in a blue dress and reveals the baby bump.

Bown said she had a feeling the couple were expecting a girl.

“Nic and I waited till our 20 week scan to find out our baby’s gender. My pregnancy was so different this time around and I’d had a few dreams of a baby girl,” she said.

“We popped a big balloon with our families present and sure enough pink confetti was soon everywhere! We’re both over the moon and feel so lucky to have both a boy and a girl.

“Nic loves children and is all about family so he was so happy and would have loved 10 more.”

Not to be outdone, Nic also took to Instagram to share his own series of snapshots, playfully writing: “Yet another chunkaz on the way.”

He was cradling his son, who sported a cheeky grin and a backward cap, evoking a playful sense of silliness.

Naitanui also posted his own series of photos on Instagram: “Another one of these chunkaz on the way.”

Many quickly shared their support for the star couple’s fantastic news.

“Congratulations, brother,” St Kilda footballer Brad Hill wrote.

“Aww, congrats,” STM writer Clare Ryan wrote.

And 7NEWS sports presenter Abbey Holmes also chimed in: Yay! Congrats, beautiful people xx.”

This news arrives on the heels of the high-profile couple’s previous blessing — the arrival of Ezekiel, their firstborn, in October 2022.
