Good behaviour at Busselton Primary School was rewarded in the best way — with a pyjama party.

As part of the school’s promotion of a mindset of respect, learning, responsibility and integrity in its students, the staff provide a reward system and when a class collects enough points, they can choose a reward.

The first class to achieve the milestone 3000 tokens were the kindergarten/pre-primary students and they decided to celebrate in the comfiest way they could.

As part of the event last month, the students made popcorn and had a pyjama movie day.

Principal Jeremy Shepherd said the class was still the first to achieve the 3000-token threshold.

“We expect most, if not all classes, to have achieved this by the end of the term,” he said.
