The second leg of a split round to mark the resumption of men’s division one fixtures in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Basketball Association will be played on Friday night when CBC oppose Saints.

It represents a battle of the top two sides, with Saints looking to extend their lead to three games.

CBC, who are chasing an eighth win, resume from a long Christmas break four games clear of third-placed Franchise, who played Olympians when the round got under way on Thursday night.

Friday’s clash starts at 6.15pm.

In the women’s first division, Olympians take on Saints at 7.30pm — also in a clash of the top two.

Women’s division three fixtures resumed on Monday night, when CBC (1) beat Olympians (2), 43-27, and Olympians (1) had a percentage-boosting win against CBC (2), 54-16.

Spartans White banked easy premiership points when Spartans Green forfeited the other scheduled clash.
