Barry Podmore: Police looking for missing prospector who could be in the Karroun Hills area

Police are looking for a man who was last believed to be prospecting in the Mid West in December.

Barry Podmore was last believed to be prospecting in the Karroun Hills area on December 3.

The 73-year-old’s family and the police have not been able to contact him.

Mr Podmore is described as a Caucasian male, about 170cm tall, of solid build with short grey hair and hazel eyes.

He is believed to be using a green coloured Mercedes 4x4 vehicle, model unknown, year 1981.

If seen, members of the public are advised to contact police immediately on 131 444.
