Croc spotted near Port Hedland boat ramp

Port Hedland residents have reported seeing a 2.5m crocodile in the water near town's boat ramp earlier today.

One man, who posted images of the crocodile online, said he followed it along Kingsmill Street and last saw it swimming towards Spoilbank about 3pm.

Department of Parks and Wildlife is yet to confirm the sighting.
