The Town of Port Hedland is asking sporting enthusiasts to complete its sporting club survey to help the council improve support services to clubs, committees and volunteers.

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and can be found at [www.surveymonkey.com/s/PHClubSurvey|www.surveymonkey.com/s/PHClubSurvey]

Everyone who completes the survey will go into the draw to win a $100 Woolworths gift voucher and one of five Matt Dann Theatre movie tickets.

Clubs and associations that complete the survey have the chance to win a $300 Hart Sport gift voucher.
