Out of 154 individual events entered, HASC scooped 50 medals.

Harrison Wass and Christopher Jenkins were the club’s top point scorers.

Wass won a medal in seven of his eight individual events, bringing home four gold, two silver and one bronze medal, and scored 50 points for the team.

Jankins wasn’t far behind with 47 points, two silver and six bronze medals.

As the first half of the season comes to an end and school holidays are just around the corner, a small group of swimmers will continue their endeavours in the pool.

Next in the diary is the Country Championships, which take place at Challenge Stadium on January 14 and 15.

A limited training schedule will be set up for the swimmers entering the competition to prepare for the fiercely competitive event.

Training officially recommences on February 1.

Club members thanked McLaren, Gravity Cranes and Caltex South Hedland who supported its attendance at the Pilbara championships.
