Reward offered for cat information

SHANNON HAMPTONNorth West Telegraph

A desparate Hedland woman is offering a $2000 reward for the safe return of her beloved cat Zorro.

Missing for more than a month, the 10-year-old cat has a urinary tract condition and urgently needs medicated food, without which he could die.

Owner Denise Clements said Zorro, who she described as an “indoor cat”, had not been seen since he was accidently let out of the house in late February.

Ms Clements recently moved house and is worried Zorro won’t be able to find his way back home.

“I miss him every minute of every day,” she said.

“We have covered all bases, we have put posters around town, notified the ranger and vet and put him on Facebook, there is not much else we can do.”

Ms Clements said the cat could not be replaced and was offering a $2000 reward for his safe return. Zorro has a chocolate coloured body and legs, white paws and a black face; he wears a black collar with his name on it.

Anyone with information of Zorro’s whereabouts can call the North West Telegraph on 9173 5100 or Denise Clements on 0413 484 195.
