Drugs seized from South Hedland house

Police have stepped up operations in the lead up to Christmas, seizing illegal drugs in town over the weekend.

South Hedland police executed a search warrant at a house in South Hedland on Saturday, allegedly seizing methamphetamine, LSD, ecstasy and cash.

It’s alleged drug paraphernalia was also found at the address.

A 24-year-old South Hedland man is expected to appear in the South Hedland Magistrate’s Court charged with possessing a prohibited drug, stolen property and drug paraphernalia.
