Traffic is heavy to and from the Karrinyup Shopping Centre due to traffic lights not working properly.

The lights were flashing yellow on the intersection of Mitchell Freeway and Karrinyup Road in Stirling, causing a heavy build up of vehicles.

Main Roads WA says the signals have now been fixed but has advised drivers to take care in the area and be patient.

A crash on Mitchell Freeway southbound before Reid Highway in Hamersley has reduced traffic to a single lane.

Traffic is heavy in the area, with the freeway reduced to a single lane.

Motorists are urged to avoid hold-ups and exit the freeway at Warwick Road.

An accident on Tonkin Highway southbound at Morley Drive East in Morley has blocked the left lane.

Tow trucks are onsite but drivers are urged to be extra cautious on approach.
